It is our annual Christmas Party on Wheels!!  This year our Holiday Trip takes us to Madison to celebrate the season.  Highlighted by a tour of the Governor’s Residence, we have some great stops in store to help you prepare for the holidays. 

Our day will start, as always, with continental and coffee on board.  Then, we will arrive early in the day to get the freshest bakery at Clasen’s Bakery.  It’s a must stop for all sorts of holiday favorites.  We have all new destinations after that, including a delicious lunch and lots of treats at our foodie stops throughout the day.  On the way home, we’ll enjoy some treats to celebrate the start of the holiday season!

Trip Notes:

• We are working in conjunction with Lamers and our destination partners to ensure that all health and safety standards are met to provide a safe travel environment on the motorcoach and throughout the day.

• The bus will arrive at the Park and Ride on Hoffman Road at 7:15 am.  We ask everyone to stay in/near their cars until the motorcoach arrives and you see your hosts.

• The bus will depart at 7:30 am and return approximately 6:30 pm.

• Two weeks prior to departure, you will receive a final itinerary for the day with complete details of the trip. Details will include any safety precautions needed on your part; a list of what to bring and wear; and any other things you will need to bring along to make the day complete.

• If any changes to the itinerary need to take place, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of them. To make sure you get any updates, please make sure to provide us with your preferred email address and phone numbers so we can reach you promptly.

• We will also send out notifications via Mailchimp - so if you see notices from them, please accept them.

• We are making every effort to offer you all our usual amenities while sticking to the guidelines set forth by the state to ensure your safety while travelling with us.

• Remember to indicate your seat selection by consulting the chart under “Additional Information” above. Seats are assigned as orders come in, and the chart is updated weekly.

• Please let us know the names of your travel partners, along with any food allergies or intolerances on the registration form so we can accommodate accordingly.
