Selecting Your Tour and Making Your Reservation - Everything You Need to Know
We are proud to offer a wide range of tours with something for everyone. As you look through the calendar we hope you will find a tour you will enjoy. Then all you need to do is make your reservation. Here is everything you need to know about making your reservation, and answers to common questions you might have about the process.
Register On Line or Traditionally: We've made it really easy for you to pick, click and pay for your Fantastic Finds Adventure. Just go to the tour you want and put it in your shopping cart, head to the check out and put in your particulars and payment. A confirmation email will reach you almost instantly and you're set to go! You will get an email 14 days prior to departure with all the final details for the trip. But, at this time all the basic information you need for each tour is already published so you can plan accordingly. If you would rather send a check for your payment, you can do that as well. Just send your payment, along with your information, seating preferences and dietary restrictions to: Susan Broberg/Fantastic Finds Food Tours, 2488 Wildwood Drive, Green Bay, WI, 54302. A confirmation of your reservation will be sent out upon receipt.
Pre-Assigned Seating: Now it's easy to arrange seating with others in your travelling party and you can avoid day of departure hassles! Select your seat assignment(s) from the diagram attached to each trip description. Indicate your seat selection in the "additional information" section (#3) of your reservation purchase. Your seat will be confirmed via email upon making your reservation. Seat assignments will be issued on a first come, first serve basis, so book early to ensure the best seat selection for you and your guests. Guests not requesting specific seats will be randomly assigned seats based on inventory available at time of reservation.*
Menu Notifications: If you have any food allergies or intolerance, please specify them on your reservation in the "additional information" section (#3). We want to make your trip as enjoyable as possible, and by letting us know in advance, you allow us the opportunity to provide quality alternatives to any food or beverage selections on the trip. Any requests made the day of departure will be handled as well, but giving us advance notice helps us prepare properly.* Sometimes, as in the case of the Fireside Theatre, you will be provided menu choices in the trip description. Please make that selection at the time of your reservation and indicate that in the “additional information” section (#3) as well.
*We will do our best to accommodate any requests made, but maintain the right to adjust as needed to accommodate special circumstances.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund issued for cancellations made outside of 14 days from departure. Within that time, refunds will be reviewed and issued on a case-by-case basis.
Preparing for Departure: Approximately 14 days prior to departure, you will receive an email with all the final details you will need to help you prepare for your tour. It will include what to wear, what to bring, type of footwear and things of that nature. Guess are always encouraged to bring shopping bags and even insulated coolers for perishable items that might be purchased. We will always re-confirm the boarding, departure and return times.
Day of Departure: Most of our trips originate at the Park and Ride on Hoffman Road in Bellevue. We have used it for many years and never had any difficulties. On the day of departure, guests are allowed to board at the designated time as we use the time prior to the designated boarding time to prep the bus so we are all set for a comfortable smooth trip. Name tags will be placed on the seats you reserved to make it easy for guests to identify their seats and get settled. If you do bring a bag, cooler, etc. to place underneath the coach, please make sure it is labeled. We also encourage guests to label any purchases made throughout the day so items are easily identifiable upon return.
What to Expect on Board the Coach: We typically serve coffee and water on board once we depart along with a continental breakfast. Beverages and treats are also offered throughout the day. Bottles of water are always available on board. The motorcoach has a fully equipped restroom available to guests. The Discovery Coaches have ample storage compartments above the seats with plenty of leg room and usually a tray table and/or pouch on the seat back. Overhead lighting and individual fans are available for each passenger.
